Disneyland Just Crashed Into Fortnite—And It’s Way Cooler Than We Expected

If you told us a year ago that Disneyland would be making its grand debut inside Fortnite, we’d have asked what you were smoking. But here we are on November 6, 2025, and Disney just dropped “Disneyland Game Rush” into the world’s most popular battle royale game. This isn’t some half-hearted promotional stunt—it’s a full-blown celebration of Disneyland’s 70th anniversary, complete with seven attraction-inspired mini-games that actually sound fun.

According to WDW News Today, this marks the first time Disney Parks has officially shown up in Fortnite, and it’s launching today at 8 AM PT (11 AM ET). If you’re a Disney fan who also happens to spend your evenings building elaborate structures while avoiding getting sniped, this one’s for you.

What You Actually Get to Do

Here’s where it gets interesting. When you load into Disneyland Game Rush (map code: 4617-4819-8826), you’re dropped into a hub that recreates the esplanade between Disneyland and Disney California Adventure. There’s a replica of that massive 70th anniversary Sleeping Beauty Castle sculpture sitting in the middle, and the skyline features nods to iconic Disneyland landmarks. It’s basically a virtual celebration of the Happiest Place on Earth, except with significantly fewer stroller collisions.

From there, you can jump into seven different mini-games, each inspired by actual Disneyland attractions:

Guardians of the Galaxy – Mission: Sneak Out! – Infiltrate The Collector’s Fortress, just like the attraction at Avengers Campus. We’re guessing this involves less plummeting and more stealth than the real ride.

Haunted Mansion: Scavenger Haunt – Explore the mansion and discover secrets. Perfect for anyone who’s spent way too much time analyzing the wallpaper in the queue line.

Indiana Jones: Tomb Runner – Navigate a dangerous temple based on the Indiana Jones Adventure. Finally, you can experience the thrill without the neck pain from that boulder scene.

Star Wars: Stormtrooper Showdown – Battle the First Order, inspired by Rise of the Resistance. Hopefully with fewer breakdowns than the actual attraction.

WEB-Slingers: Spider-Bot Blasters – Save the Worldwide Engineering Brigade HQ from replicating Spider-Bots. Because apparently, even in Fortnite, Peter Parker can’t stop accidentally making problems for everyone.

Space Mountain: Rocket Race – The classic space coaster gets the Fortnite treatment. Whether this involves the terrifying original soundtrack or the slightly less terrifying remastered version remains to be seen.

Matterhorn: Slip-and-Climb – Grapple and climb to the top of the Matterhorn. It’s like the actual attraction, except you don’t have to worry about Harold the yeti scaring the life out of you.

Why This Actually Matters

Complete these mini-games, and you’ll collect keys that unlock exclusive Disneyland 70th anniversary cosmetics. So now you can make your Fortnite character look like they just came back from a day at the parks—minus the sunburn and the existential crisis over how much you spent on churros.

This collaboration between Disney and Epic Games isn’t just a cute marketing gimmick. It’s Disney acknowledging that a huge chunk of their audience lives in digital spaces just as much as physical ones. And for fans who can’t make it to California anytime soon, it’s a way to experience a slice of Disneyland magic from their couch.

Is it the same as walking down Main Street U.S.A. with the castle sparkling in front of you? Obviously not. But as far as virtual Disney experiences go, this beats watching yet another fireworks livestream on YouTube.

The Disneyland Game Rush experience is live now in Fortnite, so grab your pickaxe (the Fortnite kind, not the Seven Dwarfs kind) and dive in. Just try not to spend all your V-Bucks on Disney cosmetics. We know it’s tempting.
