Disney World Annual Passholders Are About to Save Big at the Table — Here's What You Need to Know

If you hold a Walt Disney World Annual Pass, this summer just got a whole lot more interesting at the dinner table.

Disney announced on April 7, 2026, that its annual V.I.PASSHOLDER Summer Days promotion is returning — and this year it includes a dining discount of up to 40% off at select table-service restaurants across the resort. According to Disney Food Blog, the offer runs Monday through Thursday from May 1 through July 31, 2026.

That is a meaningful deal, especially at restaurants where a dinner for two can easily clear $150 before drinks.

What the Discount Actually Covers

The offer is split across two discount tiers, and the restaurants in the 40% category are genuinely some of the better dining experiences at Walt Disney World.

40% off at these locations:

  • Biergarten Restaurant (lunch)
  • Coral Reef Restaurant (dinner)
  • Garden Grill Restaurant (lunch and dinner)
  • Hollywood & Vine (all meals)
  • Tiffins Restaurant (dinner)
  • Tusker House Restaurant (lunch and dinner)
  • Boatwright’s Dining Hall (dinner)
  • Cape May Cafe (dinner)
  • Toledo – Tapas, Steak & Seafood (dinner)
  • Whispering Canyon Cafe (brunch and dinner)

20% off at these locations:

  • Be Our Guest Restaurant (lunch only)
  • The Crystal Palace (lunch only)

The discount applies to food and non-alcoholic beverages. Alcoholic drinks and some menu items are excluded, the offer cannot be combined with other discounts, and you will need to verify your Annual Pass status through the My Disney Experience app along with a valid photo ID.

Why This Is Worth Paying Attention To

Tiffins is one of Animal Kingdom’s most underrated restaurants — it is genuinely excellent and not cheap. Coral Reef at EPCOT is a solid dinner-with-a-view option that tends to be a crowd favorite. Tusker House is a character dining experience that usually books fast. Getting 40% off any of these on a weekday trip is not something passholders should scroll past.

The Monday-through-Thursday restriction is a real limitation for families who primarily visit on weekends, but for anyone who has the flexibility to plan a mid-week park day, this is a strong value play.

It is also worth noting that Biergarten and Garden Grill are new additions to the 40% discount tier for 2026, per the Disney Food Blog report — which suggests Disney is expanding the scope of the promotion compared to prior years.

The Bigger Picture for Passholders This Summer

This dining discount is one piece of a broader V.I.PASSHOLDER Summer Days promotion. Disney has also confirmed that the event will include exclusive merchandise, limited-edition snacks, giveaways, and a new AP magnet for 2026. Hotel discounts of up to 40% at select Disney Resort hotels are also part of the package, running through October 3.

For Annual Passholders who have been watching Disney add costs and pare back perks in recent years, this is a relatively generous set of offerings. It does not reverse the long-term trend of passholders getting fewer automatic benefits, but it gives dedicated visitors something concrete to plan around this summer.

The promotion runs May 1 through July 31. If you are planning a Walt Disney World trip this summer and you hold an Annual Pass, building a weekday dining reservation around this discount is worth doing before the restaurant availability fills up.
